How to get in shape this summer

The summer is officially here on the calender, so it’s the time to get out and get into shape.

BMX pro Kevin Robinson (K-Rob) shared with us some quick and easy workouts you can do from home.

  • 10 squat jumps
  • Hold a squat position
  • Full plank
  • 5 pushups
  • Down to ½ plank, back to full plank
  • 5 push ups
  • ½ plank, full plank
  • 5 push ups
  • Left side plank
  • Right side plank
  • Lie on back:
  • Toe touches
  • Scottish kicks
