Whether you have college students or younger children heading back to school, there’s plenty to consider when it comes to costs.

This time of year is the second-biggest shopping season, second only to the winter holidays. Americans are expected to spend $68 billion each year to send their kids off to school.

Consumer Reporter Susan Hogan stopped by The Rhode Show Thursday morning to share tips for those looking to save some money.
